The success of this initiative speaks for itself. EPB&B has maintained an impressive retention rate with many employees starting at entry-level positions and advancing into specialized roles within the company.

A prime example of this success can be seen in our Vice President of First Impressions pathway, an opportunity designed to welcome new talent at the front desk while introducing them to the broader industry. Our receptionists, often the first friendly faces our clients see, have used this role as a stepping stone to launch meaningful careers in insurance.

Currently,  nine EPB&B team members have transitioned from their roles at the front desk to key positions across the agency. This proves that a strong work ethic, curiosity, and a willingness to learn can lead to incredible opportunities in the insurance industry.
