Commercial Lines Assistant

This position is the next step in the progression towards becoming a Commercial Lines Account Manager, requiring a desire to learn and grow within the insurance business.

What You Will Do:

  • Review policies, renewals and audits for accuracy and consistency.
  • Ensure agency documentation in the data base is precise and according to agency protocols.
  • Prepare relevant documentation to send to customers as directed by the Account Manager.
  • Assist in billing, financing and collection of insurance premiums.
  • Adhere to agency customer service standards and office procedures in all areas of agency operations.
