Commercial Lines Assistant

This position is the next step in the progression towards becoming a Commercial Lines Account Manager, requiring a desire to learn and grow within the insurance business.
What You Will Do:
- Review policies, renewals and audits for accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure agency documentation in the data base is precise and according to agency protocols.
- Prepare relevant documentation to send to customers as directed by the Account Manager.
- Assist in billing, financing and collection of insurance premiums.
- Adhere to agency customer service standards and office procedures in all areas of agency operations.
